Do I have to pay for delivery?
UK delivery is FREE no matter how much you order!
If you are buying outside of the UK, your shipping rates will be calculated in your checkout process dependent on your location.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday, except for UK Bank holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or during a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Orders under the value of £10 are sent by Royal Mail 1st class postage and will be delivered within 1 working day after the shipment date.
All orders over the value of £10 are sent by a tracked courier service and will be delivered with 2 – 3 working days after the shipment date.
Orders placed for large appliances or personalised items will take longer to be delivered and processing times will be indicated on the product pages.
Can I specify a date of time for my delivery?
No, unfortunately Royal Mail or our courier service does not offer this service. This is with exception to orders placed for large appliance; the 2-man courier service will contact you to arrange delivery of your appliance.
Can I send my order to another address?
Yes, when you checkout you will be asked for a billing and shipping address.
What if I’m not in?
If Royal Mail has sent your item, your item will be stored at your local sorting office and Royal Mail will leave you a collection card.
If you item is being delivered by courier, they will item three deliveries. If they have been unable to deliver after three attempts they will let us know and provide a number for you to call and arrange delivery.
