Can I return an item I no longer want?

Do I have to pay for returns?
If you are returning a faulty item then you will not be charged for the return postage and we will advise you on the return postage options.
If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed, you will be liable for the return postage but we can arrange the returns through our discounted courier service that is also tracked for piece of mind.
