Can I change an order that I have already placed?
All orders are processed within 24hours, except for weekends & bank holidays. If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist if possible.
I have a discount code, how to I add this to my order?
When placing your order, you will be asked for your discount code at the last section of the checkout process – so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see it straight away!
Do you sell gift Vouchers?
We are able to set up personalised discount codes and we can send this to you in the post on a printed card. We do not offer these for sale on the website as it is a personalised sale, so please contact us for more information.
Do you accepts orders from outside of the UK?
Yes, we deliver to most destinations world wide. If you are unsure if we can deliver to your destination, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I can’t find what I am looking for!
If you cant find an item you are looking for, please contact us as we are able to supply items in addition to what you can see on the website. This also gives us an idea of items that our foodie shoppers might be interested in too and we all love new kitchen toys!
