We know that sometimes when you’re browsing online, finding out information can be difficult in the virtual world. It’s not as easy as asking a shop assistant in an actual brick and mortar shop.

So we have collated all of the delightful information that we think our lovely customers might need in order to make their shopping experience straight forward and simple.

Can I change an order I’ve placed?

The answer is yes, but please get in touch with us as soon as you can as there is a cut-off point that we need to stick to. It’s so we have enough time to pick, pack and process your goodies to get it to the postie in time.

Can I send my order to a different address other than my home?

The answer is yes! Just make sure you complete the shipping address details at the checkout.

Do you accept orders outside of the UK?

We are able to accept orders from all European countries.

How do I pay for my order?

With the never ending list of ways to pay online, this is always changing!

We accept all major debit and credit cards and all options can be seen at the checkout.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

You savvy shopper!

Just enter your discount code in the coupon section of your basket and the discount will be applied before you complete the checkout.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

We always offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders.

We do offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost if you need your items quicker.

How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?

This depends on what delivery service you have chosen, you should see estimated delivery times when selecting your chosen delivery option.

What if I’m out when my order is delivered?

Our orders are usually sent by Royal Mail or a tracked courier service and if they are unable to deliver your item a missed delivery card will be left.

It will either state if the item has been left in a secure location, if a delivery will be attempted on a different date or if your item needs to be collected from the local depot.

How can I return an item I have purchased online?

If you need to return an item from your order, simply send an email to returns@u10sils.co.uk

Our friendly team will email you back within 24hours with your return details.

I have changed my mind, Can I return my item?

Yes, of course, you will have to meet the following criteria:

  • Your item will need to be returned unused, in its original packaging.
  • You need to contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
My item was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Although every effort is made to ensure your items are received safely, unfortunately sometimes they do arrive damaged.

If you have received an order that has arrived damaged please email returns@u10sils.co.uk and we will get in touch with you about your order and the options available.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind, you are liable for the return postage cost.

If you have received an item that has arrived damaged, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations we will pay for the returns postage.

Found it cheaper?

As a small family run business we can’t always guarantee that we can price match for all of our products.

BUT IF WE CAN DO IT CHEAPER, WE WILL!

Do you provide bulk order discounts?

The answer is yes, we are great believers in “if you don’t ask, you don’t get!”

Do you provide trade? 

The answer is yes!

If you are looking for a regular supply of products at trade prices, please contact us with your requirements.

We are also able to supply additional products as to what is available on the website, so if you are unable to find a product that you are looking for please do let us know.
